At On Stop Shop, we believe in keeping our customers happy and satisfied. If you are eligible for a refund, please review the following policy:


1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are processed only after:

  • We receive and inspect the returned product.
  • The product meets all return eligibility conditions.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.

3. Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if:

  • Items are returned after the 7-day return period (case-by-case basis).
  • Items are not in their original condition, packaging, or are missing accessories.

4. Delayed or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at help@onstopshop.com.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • Returned item does not meet eligibility criteria.
  • Customer refuses delivery without a valid reason.
  • Product was purchased on clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”
