At On Stop Shop, we believe in keeping our customers happy and satisfied. If you are eligible for a refund, please review the following policy:
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are processed only after:
- We receive and inspect the returned product.
- The product meets all return eligibility conditions.
2. Refund Process
- Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, etc.).
- You will receive a confirmation email once your refund is issued.
3. Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted if:
- Items are returned after the 7-day return period (case-by-case basis).
- Items are not in their original condition, packaging, or are missing accessories.
4. Delayed or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- If you still haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at help@onstopshop.com.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
- Returned item does not meet eligibility criteria.
- Customer refuses delivery without a valid reason.
- Product was purchased on clearance or marked as “Final Sale.”
