  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

2. Handling Time

  • All orders require a handling time of 1โ€“2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Handling time includes order verification, quality checks, packaging, and preparation for dispatch.
  • Once the order has been handed over to the courier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

3. Shipping Methods & Courier Partners

To ensure safe and timely delivery, we work exclusively with trusted international courier services:

  • DHL

Our system automatically selects the most suitable courier based on your destination and service availability to ensure secure and efficient delivery.


4. Shipping Timeframe

  • Estimated delivery time is 7โ€“10 business days after dispatch.
  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on:

    • Local courier operations
  • While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays caused by factors beyond our control (such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or carrier delays) may occur.

  • We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders.
  • There are no hidden charges or additional shipping fees applied at checkout.

6. International Shipping & Customs Duties

  • We offer worldwide international shipping.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if applicable) are determined by local authorities in the destination country.
  • Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

7. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
  • If a delivery attempt fails due to:
    • Incorrect or incomplete address details
    • Customer unavailability
    • Refusal to accept the package
    the shipment may be delayed, returned, or subject to additional re-delivery charges.
  • On Stop Shop is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer.

8. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing:
    • Tracking number
    • Courier name (UPS, FedEx, or DHL)
  • You can track your shipment in real time directly through the courierโ€™s official website.

9. Address Changes & Order Modifications

  • Address changes or order modifications can only be requested before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes to the delivery address.
